- We ship promptly after receiving confirmation
of your payment.
- NOTE: If you do not have a PayPal

including Insurance, for International orders.

POLICY
We take
great care to ensure that all orders are packed carefully prior to shipping. If
you have a question about your doll when you receive it, please contact us
immediately. We cannot authorize refunds without approval. Shipping charges and
PayPal processing fees cannot be refunded.

- Purchases of $50-100 ... 30
days ... 2 payments (1/2 down payment; 1/2 due in 30 days)
- Purchases of $100 - 200 ... 60
days ... 3 payments (1/3 down payment; 1/3 due in 30 days; final 1/3 due

- Purchases of $200+ ... 90 days
... 4 payments (1/4 down; 1/4 in 30 days; next 1/4 in 60 days; final 1/4
in 90 days)
